One of our largest fundraisers of the year is just getting started! Two friends and members, Debbie Prost and Donna Ballman have donated both of the items for this year’s drawing. Debbie has donated the beautiful hand made queen sized quilt pictured below, and Donna has donated a lap quilt with its own handmade carrying bag, also pictured, which would be perfect for a 4th of July picnic or for providing warmth during a fall football game. We are grateful to both for their generosity. Suggested donation for the Quilt Fundraiser is $1 per ticket, and $5 for six tickets. Download a ticket form here.
The Historical Society will have the quilts on display at the annual Perryville Mayfest on May 10 on the city square, and will also be at Rozier’s Food Centre on Saturday, August 9. Or stop by our office any time between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday!
